"A beautiful place. But horrible service. Stayed for the weekend, the staff were incredibly unhelpful. The road around the hotel was closed for a special event (which happens once a month) and we asked with plenty of time to book us a taxi to the train station. They assured us their taxi service would be able to access the hotel. They said it wouldn’t be a problem, that we’d make our train on time and that we did not need to book an Uber. The taxi never arrived, when asking the staff they avoided us, giving us no solutions apart from booking our own Uber so we went ahead and booked an Uber. At this point we had lost so much time that we had missed our train. For a road that closes down once a month, you’d assume that a 5 star hotel would be able to help their clients get to where they need to go. Rather than being rude and unhelpful."

Chef Passedat is a remarkable master in preparing seafood. Every dish is a gift for the senses and a true rendition to French haut-cuisine in its most wonderful format. If this wouldn’t be enough, service is impeccable and the place itself makes room for one of the most beautiful restaurant views in the world ! In summary: a once in a lifetime gastronomic experience ! Congratulations !

The view is the best part of the restaurant. 180 degrees view to the ocean. Two things I recommend you to do while making your reservation. 1. Ask for a table close to the window. Otherwise you can take the risk to sit in the middle of the restaurant with parcial view like me and pay the same price as the others. 2. When you arrive ask for the menu with prices. Because they gave me one without prices.
