"An excellent restaurant. In winter the room is warm, cozy and classy and in summer the terrace offers a haven of peace. Two menus are offered, one at €28 and the other at €38. We took the one for €38 with the fish, sesame and lime Céviché which is succulent with delicate flavors. The dishes were veal chop with morels and the fish of the moment. The meat was tender and the sauce creamy and the fish cooked perfectly. The desserts are also good and delicious, the hot and cold cherry and the profiterole with walnut flavor and caramel coulis. An address that I recommend, the service is careful and discreet and the offerings are all delicious."

"We visited on a rainy Saturday night. The restaurant is clean and attractively presented, and was quite busy. There is a fixed price menu for 20 euros, with 2 selections for starter, main pasta and dessert. A la carte has more choice, and is not much more expensive. We had decent wine at 15 euros. My starter was mozzarella and ham, attractively presented on a skewer, with an interesting salad of lettuce, tomato, mushroom and artichoke. Main was pasta with a good prawn and calamari sauce. Dessert was panna cotta good, but I think made with sterilised cream (hard to get fresh cream down here). I'm told the tarte tatin was also very good. We had very efficient and friendly service. A great place to go if you fancy some good Italian food in a lively atmosphere, and we would definitely go back."

"Service et ambiance parfait, rien à redire de ce côté là. Cependant ma famille et moi avons été très déçu par le changement des frites qui maintenant sont des frites assez classiques (frites fines surgelées pour un restaurant alors qu’avant elles étaient faites maison (ou du moins avaient l’air , elles étaient plus brunes, molles à l’intérieur, croustillantes a l’extérieur (etc… et de meilleures qualités. Si vous pouviez remettre les frites d’avant ce serait un 10/10. La nourriture reste tout de même excellente, merci !"

"Nice crêperie in downtown Pamiers street Gabriel Peréri. A flat or dessert dish inlet formula and a dessert dish inlet formula. At a very attractive price, a good time to enjoy with family or friends. Back on Pamiers a few years later little stop at Coude Fou. It is always a pleasure to stop the kitchen there is always very pleasant and the rates always attractive. We will return to this during our next visit to Pamiers."
