What a beautiful moment. We took the tasting menu at lunch and everything was perfect from A to Z. We had the chance to eat outside facing Saint Malo. All dishes were excellent and interesting. Autant les tapas proposées avec les boissons dont d'excellente qualité (cuisine du restaurant "Le pourquoi pas" de l'hotel Catelbrac), autant le service est décevant, même en étant client de l'hotel. A deux reprises, le personnel papote derrière le bar sans se déplacer et il faut attendre 20 min pour être servi, et en se déplaçant au bar pour commander, il y avait foule en plus, 2 tables dont la nôtre !
