"While exploring the country side of Piacenza you are bound if lucky to find a place like Le Proposte. We had a fantastic dinner with the freshest ingredients and it was the simplicity of it all that made it just perfect. The antipasto, fresh zucchini flowers very lightly fried and full of flavor, the peppers that accompanied the salame,pancetta,coppa and prosciutto were pickled and just right in the acidity. We were also served a bruschetta with green sauce and goat cheese, I would have wanted more but needed to be carful for what was to come. We decided to share a main course, fresh made caramelle (typical for the Piacenza area) with ricotta and spinach in butter and sage, it has been a very long time that I tasted such decadence in such a simple plate. Absolutely worth the carbs! We then ordered the duck with cherries and Culatello with apricot sauce. The duck was cooked to perfection, and tasted great with the sides, and the culatello was extremely tender and it was perfect with the apricots. For dessert we shared a quite generous portion of peach and chocolate cake, the peaches were fresh and the consistency of the pastry was crispy and delicious. We then were offered a local digestive, I had never tasted a Bargnolino and it was a great way to finish a wonderful dinner. I highly recommend if you are in the area to try this family run restaurant."

Da prendere al volo Le Proposte' di Corano, ambiente famigliare e molto accogliente. Cucina piacentina con ampia scelta anche sui vini senza sgradite sorprese. Quando esci pensi che ritornerai.

Posto incantevole sulle colline piacentine cibo eccellente personale molto gentile e accogliente antipasti e primi piatti dire eccellenti è sminuire il cuoco preparati con gusto e creatività bravi consiglio vivamente Ver carta

Prodotti di qualità veramente buoni . porzioni corrette,personale simpatico preparato e alla mano,posto molto bello e curato.unico appunto non aver un menù coi prezzi (qualcosina é un pelo caro) e non averci chiesto il Green pass all'arrivo. In ogni caso super consigliato

Come sempre si riconferma il mio ristorante preferito in assoluto!!!Eccellente qualità di:cibo,accoglienza,servizio …e pulizia Iniziamo con un buon antipasto :salumi misti (molto buoni) verdure pastellate fritte un buonissimo tortino di radicchio,carciofo condito e crostino con formaggio e mela cotogna(tutto delicato e gradevole)Si continua con :tagliolini crudo e tartufo(ottimi) e cappelletti al ripieno di patate e tartufo (stra buoni e delicatissimi)Proseguiamo costolette di agnello e carpaccio di gambero di mazara (eccellente) un buon vino …un posticino davvero tranquillo è un ottimo servizio hanno reso la serata ancor più bella!!!Ogni volta questo locale vola sul mio personale podio culi...
