We were able to test the signature menu as part of our stay at the hotel and the spa. The different choices offered allow you to satisfy all tastes. The 5-course menu was copied although slightly too traditional in my sense. The flavor associations are good even if they are classic. Overall, there is a very good menu. Cocktails are as good as they are expensive. As for the quality of the service, it is not necessarily at the meeting, the servers are very stressed and speak with each other of the organization of the room next to the customers.
