a fairly ordinary global restaurant. I expected better. no particular fault, but I will not keep a great memory of it.

Last night we booked for this restaurant. beautiful decor, clean, space and storage well. disappointed, for the lack of dishes, yet offered on the map, between fish, the benefits of them, and wine, it makes a lot for a meal. short. otherwise good service. maxi stars answer: ordered, sole plus sole, so we will take to the place merlu, more merlu, enjoyoles, more than available, wine, crozet hermitage, not available either. I've lived in biarritz, I've known this restaurant for years. He's one of my favorites. his main asset to me is his cook. a real chef who has imagination and who can combine flavors. He often takes us to surprising worlds. lately, it was his fat faith that seduces me and tonight I was able to taste the brewery card that made me want for a while, the gentleman crunches with a super ham and a powerful sheep cheese: wonderful. the entrance was incredible, holy jacques with a small frying with a bite and a small sauce that binds it all. The room is always quiet. The service can be long.

very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant reserved for the last minute the setting is really very pleasant (it pleased we dined inside) with a design but very comfortable seats. The service is impeccable. The kitchen is usually very good, no matter what is uneven. I ordered a salad of tomatoes and burrata: rather good than missing salt and a little taste for tomatoes. my spouse had a menu of the day, with a really phenomenal vegetable cake: creamy but light, extremely tasted.
