The calfstatar was the best we've eaten for a long time. Skrei was perfect on the point wonderfully juicy. The wine recommendation perfectly. The request for a specific place has been implemented without standing. As always a wonderful evening at Le Stollberg!

Very good tidy food. Excellent oysters as an appetizer. Chicken very well. We got an individual wine tour for every walk, which has been perfect. Excellent courtesy and friendly service. Our table was just as requested quiet and very nicely decorated. We like to come back!
