Stopping for lunch in Florac was supposed to be a chance to eat along our way into the Cevennes. It ended up being our favorite part of our day. The meal was delicious, creative, and graciously served. The “soufflé au maïs” as a side was memorable (popcorn). Thank you for a memorable visit.

We went to eat there three times during our stay in the region as the address has filled us. This is NOT fast food and NOT a tourist trap. This is actually really GOOD homemade food with soul, healthy and filling, and delicious! I've eaten in Michelin restaurants giving me less pleasure than this meal. Few choices but better this way. And they support local producers. A true little gem like we need more of, hotly recommended and good value for money. Thanks to the chef owner, we loved your food!

The burgers were good, good, generous. The accompaniment may seem a little light, even if the salad and the cold soup are very good as well. only flat as I found it: bread. a little dry, very difficult to cut. Maybe use gluten-rich flour and make a toll more favorable to the gluten network. In terms of popcorn, curious accompaniment, there would be two or three slices of potatoes or sweet potatoes. the content of this meal in the qualitative whole, we will return. Thank you.

It is not bad, the service was pleasant but I did not adhere to the concept of burger with real homemade bread. First of all, the bread in question looks exactly like the bread I had already tried to do with a bread machine, that is to say that it leaves a little gluing taste in the mouth and it does not stand. The filling, full of good things on the paper, you don't feel the taste, probably because of the bread. With this we have the right to three horn pops, and a small velvety jaw (but for me).
