the food was about ok , no sphere , waiter not so friendly , and before we have finished our coffee the bill was dumped on the table .. We still had half a glass of wine left and we were asked to leave as they were closing ... at 1345......

We expected better food here. The tikka masala was ok, but little sauce and little chicken. Lentil dish as a side dish is tasty and not the price of a full dish. Very few tables and heavy decor, quite dark. We prefer to go to the restaurant a little further away, the Punjab.

We tried this restaurant for the first time a few days ago. We live right around the corner and have been wanting to try it for a while. We stopped by and ordered take out! The Butter Chicken was SO delicious with the saffron and cumin rice and cheese Naan! YUMMY! We will be back again!

Straightforward, generic Indian food. Not refined or especially regional. Service excellent, portion size just right. Dishes high on sauce, a little less on meat, but still very tasty. They made a mistake on the order for tandoori chicken, serving lamb tandoori instead, but gave us a tandoori chicken as well, at no extra charge.
