Our dinner at Le Val Joli was just one of the best on our trip to France. Friendly, if she rushed, staff of two. The waiter and sous chef was attentive and answered all our questions. We started with crab salad and mango fresh, light, deep flavors. The crab taste came through and was well complemented by the mango slice and sauce spices.
