Ce restaurant à changé de propriétaire, depuis cela vaut une visite. La cuisine est savoureuse. Les plats son frais. La vue est superbe. À conseiller.

Acceuil sympa. Formule à 13 et 19€ midi une des salles a une super vue. Des produits frais et préparés à la demande, gouteux et assez copieux. Rapport qualité prix correct

Il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant Sud Viet'Nam au 15, rue Varanfrain à 05700 Serres !!!Un accueil courtois, une vue plaisante, un service convenable, des mets avec goûts, je ne demande rien de plus !Un instant de plaisir.

Le propriétaire est nouveau. Il est affable et la cuisinière a apprécié qu'on la félicite pour la qualité de ses plats. Le patron n'hésite pas à se mettre aussi aux fourneaux.Produits de bonne qualité. Assiettes très, voire presque trop copieuses. Fabrication artisanale, on ne mange pas de réchauffé.Etablissement ouvert le dimanche soir et jouxtant l'hôtel Fifi Moulin (à recommander également).Rapport qualité/prix excellent (50 € pour deux)

We walked passed this restaurant and thought it would be something different from the other restaurants in Serres. We were not disappointed! The restaurant has a beautiful view over the valley, the waiter was very friendly and welcoming and the food is superb. We took the 19 euro menu. As entree we had the Nems Maison which were good. But highlight was the main course (I had chicken basilisc Piquant . It was very well spiced and plenty. Dessert for me was Nems Banana which tasted equally great. Last but not least the coffee was good and including drinks (tip: Saigon beer! we had to pay 53 euro ex tip. We left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

This restaurant was right next to our hotel, and after a long day of driving it was convenient. While the staff was very nice, the food itself was neither really Vietnamese nor that good. We live in Orange County, California which has a huge Vietnamese population and while I imagine it's hard to get real Vietnamese ingredients in Serres, France, I didn't really like the food here. To be fair, my wife thought it was better than I did, but I thought the meat tasted a bit suspect. Again, my expectations weren't that high, so I can't be too critical, and I've comparing this restaurant to others we visited on our trip and to Vietnamese restaurants here in California.
