Ideal pub for an away trip to AFC Wimbledon, found on the main road as you walk down from Earlsfield Station to the stadium. Plenty of space, good service and good beer!

Really great food with an option for burgers which are cooked in their burger shack in the garden or standard pub food from the kitchen. Large covered outdoor areas with cabins you can rent. Ver carta

the leather bottle is a renovated old pub, just a few minutes walk from earlsfield's lively street. the large interieur has a cozy drink area on the front and a large dining room on the back, which leads into the huge beer garden. that eating is okay, though the same as all the other young’s gastro-sub menus and it would be great if they had more than one veggie option!

My husband and I popped into the pub with our dog and were made to feel really welcome. Had a few drinks and decided to have something to eat and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were excellent and made sure our Dog wasn't left out and gave her lots of treats of her own. Really enjoyed our afternoon and would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back again soon

we were friends with 25 and I was most disappointed to find out that the manager was not at least ready (after hundreds of pfund) to honor a 2 burger for 12 pfund on Monday, although it was a bank holiday. he wanted to throw away food and it seemed bad business sense to make some money, as his clients were beaten. many of our fractions have their own business and were forced to do so. it just seemed bad business sense. really annoying by the quality and service get on Sunday. we were a table of 8 with reservation. they had not prepared our table when we arrived. they took us time. they had run out of the only vegetarian head and so my friend had to order the quinoa and avocado salat and when it arrived, it was lacking quinoa and avocado! the waiter said, I'm sorry, I forgot to tell them that we are from quinoa and avocado are the fried lamb that had 5 of us, was cold and the kartoffels were raw, we had to send them back. the gravitation was watery (a pet hates me) that ruins the meal. we have asked for English scoring, mince sauce and meerrettich. we have French senf and a Tesco value...read more

Another Young's pub, yet more culinary dreariness. Many moons ago the Leather Bottle used to be a complete dive but has in recent years enjoyed a complete overhaul and now boast leather sofas, plenty of space, a day time crèche and a beer garden that's more akin to beach. It's got sand, beach huts and artificial grass very odd in the middle of Earlsfield This is a place to drink but not eat, despite the impressive dining room. I went for the burger and it arrived overcooked, the bun tough, and the whole thing seemingly thrown together by a partially sighted chef with worn out taste buds. Do you not only love summer gardens, sharp apple wines, pimms and bbqs, what is not to like? I was last week in london and visited holly and dicky in wimbledon and it was a beautiful and sunny Saturday. I have lived long enough in the united kingdom to know that when the sun is out, let everything fall and go out! chances are that it will not take too long. with this we decided to find a beautiful beer garden and to take something to eat (and drink naturally) which makes the best of the happiness.
