"We had fond memories of Leeja Palace and it was always the go to restaurant for a special occasion. Fast forward many years and it feels similar..but different. The welcome and poppadoms were great. Sharing mixed platter at 13 quid was really lacking enough meat for two people. The mains were ok but easily finished all the meat. We all had Lamb and to be fair it was pretty good all round. £96 bill for a family of 4 seems expensive, especially when it's bring your own alcohol. Also was shocked to hear that the latest hygiene rating was 1 out of 5 It was OK but Tipu Sultan over the road is cheaper and much better quality food."

Incredible food with perfect service! The Bring Your Own alcohol system is also a great way to save a huge amount of money, plus the staff provides glasses and ice!

love it here often with friends eating is great friendly staff and the chefs do an amazing work in the kitchen would be nice if there were air in, though and enough windows were open

Amazing food, great staff. Ate here when visiting family in the local area would definitely return! Hopefully the new large Indian restaurant opposite doesn't affect business too much

always a pleasant experience in the leeja palace. my only care is the prices of drinks, for example £ 4.50 for a glass of pineapple juice (from a carton) a little steep after my opinion! overall but, the atmosphere, eat, service, all a great experience.

I've tried this place a few times in the last 5 years as it's on my front door and everytime i say never again and same again this time. The worst curries in oadby in my opinion what they lack in flavour they the have in abundance in heat /spice. Inedible.

We tried this restaurant the first time and it was a big disappointment. Hygiene is 1/5, we had to clean our plates. The ceiling and the lights had spider webs, yuck!. All the food tasted the SAME!!, and the portions were not even filling for kids. The waiter was very very rude. I would not recommend anyone this restaurant.

I'm here several times. eating is always full of taste with generous portions. the service is always in front of location a fantastic restaurant with great staff. this place needs as much local support as possible during these hard times. they correspond to all Kovid measures and we felt very comfortable. please support their local restaurants and we hope to come back in the near future. thanks again for a nice meal.
