"The service was the worst I’ve encountered anywhere. Waiter never checked on us, water ran out and we had to repeatedly ask for more, condiments were brought 10 min after food. One meal out of the six came 20 min after the rest and no apology was offered. Waiter reprimanded me over not cutting the appetizer with the right knife which he hadn’t yet brought, and scolded my 12 year old son of playing with the butter knife. Worst meal in Paris. The waiter did the whole “and this new iPad is going to ask you if you’d like to tip.” Um, seriously? First, service fee is included in France, but despite this, we tipped extra anywhere the service was good. This guy should’ve comped my husbands meal for coming after the rest of ours. Worst service we experienced. Scottish eggs were good and the fish and chips were tasty. Other than that, the meal was just ok. You can find far better in Paris."
