We went back to Leon after several months. We had the chance that despite it being a Saturday night, it was quite complete but without crowds. The service was pretty fast. We were with family, two adults and two children. My virgin mojito was apple juice with green lemon and mint. As a dish I took a paella that had a layer of rice that we were looking for in the cocotte, just a few. She was spicy and I admit that I found this atypical for a paëlla. There was no chicken in it (the real doesn't have any) but there were beans in it that I found weird.
