very nice setting, good cuisine and welcoming service: what to ask for more!

Our family had a wonderful dinner of duck confit and lamb shank. My husband declared it was the best meal he has had in Paris!

Recommended restaurant, a pleasant and smiling team, aperitif dishes and also very good, super service, (the tiramisu is a murder).

Truly the best confit de canard of the entire trip! If you want to eat where the French eat-this is the place! Absolutely lovely woman who took care of us the night we were there!

I had Lamb Shank in 3 different Paris restaurants and this was hands down the best. Coming from the US it was also nice that the menu had English translations. There was 1 server working the whole restaurant and he was spectacular. Really hustled and took care of everyone. Love the area of the restaurant as well. Ver carta

Because it was close to hotel, and was open, we stepped in without a reservation. Cozy interior, affable young men servers, informal. Coincedentally it was also an anniversary meal, so we wanted a bit more than ordinary. We got it. Escargot, onion soup, steak tartar, lamb, desserts. All veryvery tasty. And not crazy expensive! We felt lucky we just happened to find it. A great ending to a long travel day.

Certainly what we imagine to be French rustic. But it was good food with good service. Looked like they catered for kids as well which probably means they know their market. Food was favourable and wholesome portions. Being Scottish it would have been a crime not to have the black pudding (blood pudding). We mixed with the snails and didn't regret. And the steak tata nearly finished us both off but we both squeezed in desserts. Staff excellent thru out. Very reasonable prices for the food and drink provided.

Bistro très sympathique, avec des formules le midi qui rendent les réductions TheFork sans intérêt ! Nous avons partagé une entrée du jour (quiche lorraine, impeccable) et un café gourmand, très bien mais qu'on aurait pu attendre plus généreux au vu du supplément de 2€. Générosité heureusement au rendez-vous du filet de bar sauce poireaux, semoule et ratatouille et de la cuisse de canard frites, tous deux excellents. Le pichet de Côtes du Rhône avait tout pour plaire. En résumé, il semble difficile de trouver ailleurs semblable qualité à semblable prix, surtout dans ce quartier latin ! Ver carta
