"My parents went a couple of times to this restaurant on their way to Alsace and I was really looking forward to try it. It's located in the mountainous area, in a cute village, they have a nice garden with a small river and a veranda. The staff is extremely friendly, the decoration is rustical but very well done. The food is amazing! Foie gras is home made, delicious, the choucroute was very tasty, so were the duck breast, spätzle and chicken. I know my dad loved the fish when he tried it once. In the summer time, they have a large buffet on Sunday and my parents told me it was really amazing. Prices are really fair, you can really have a delightful meal in a cosy athmosphere. I would love to go back next time we drive to Alsace."

"Séjour d'une semaine en demi-pension dans le cadre d'un rallye automobile. Excellent accueil, personnel attentif et sympathique, environnement calme, service impeccable, petit déjeuner copieux et restaurant de grande qualité, chambre (motel) très fonctionnelle et propre. Quand on y ajoute une salle de remise en forme, la piscine et le jacuzzi, cette destination est incontournable.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir l'an prochain."

"Alsatian pepit. We discovered this restaurant by chance during a walk with friends. We did not stay in the hotel. And it was the good surprise, the menu of the day was perfect: the beautiful slice of terrinette concocted by the chef, placed on his bed of salad with a delicious vinaigrette composed of 14 different ingredients (I asked the chef) followed by a swim of fish with small steamed vegetables collected by a basil oil, dessert a caramel smoothie was from my point of view a little too sweet but succulent despite all. The others took a perfect local trout too, idem for the snails and the Vosges salad. On the service side, it was seen that the staff was young, their little hesitations of beginners were overwhelmed by their kindness and friendliness. In addition, the boss who knew this difficulty of service came to talk to us by offering us the digestive and the cafes then we were able to meet the very charming and competent chef in his kitchen. He did not hesitate to reveal the ingredients contained in his sumptuous vinaigrette or those of his basil oil. In short, we spent a very pleasant time in this valley of Munster. I strongly recommend."

"Surrealist More than an hour waiting for an industrial pizza and a carpaccio. The boss emits animal grunting in the kitchen No compensation for this waiting and the quality of the products. No excuse for waiting in fact the cook wasn't there and he's the boss sticking in. Other customers have had a homemade pizza but we may not be prepared in advance before the cook leaves. Let's not talk about the arrogance and the odd attitude of the boss who seemed to be dried up. Eyes."
