we went to les halles de paul bocuse and were totally disappointed. Today a French holiday is so much when it was closed. we tried paella, tasteless, delicious. when we went back to our hotel, we stumbled on les comperes. a beautiful bistro with only the owner. I had an artichoke salad with Buratta cheese, ham and artichokes on beautiful green. it was absolutely tasty, with a perfect vinaiigrette, a few fenced beds and maize seeds. at 13.50 euro it was a total bargain. very pleasant in free.
