very good signature dishes, but not interesting menus. very good weinlist, but most French weine over price. nice and friendly witness. and of course a great view of the lake!

The meal was wonderful. Everything was perfectly seasoned and paired. We both had the set menu which could not have been any better. Service was impeccable. We will be coming back.

In the evening in les fresques was everything you would imagine, that would be good. great service, interesting and varied eating, produced on top quality and with an amazing sunset as a bonus. High-end French and worth every penny Ver carta

the evening begins with a welcoming smile of the staff, a nice menu with a mirror on the cover gives them the opportunity to see the frescoes on the deck. delicious dishes beautifully decorated are served against the scenes of the genfer lake

Le menu Collection est parfait. Bien équilibré, excellent, accompagné de bons vins conseillé par une sommelière compétente et efficace. Le service est bien rythmé par un personnel discret et efficace. Merci pour ce bon moment et tous nos vœux pour une étoile supplémentaire qui serait amplement méritée.

The food, the service, the view, and the general atmosphere makes it feel more like a two star Michelin than a one star Michelin restaurant. This is one of the best meals I’ve had, and I’ve been to plenty of well known, upper scale restaurants. Good value for money for this type of quality. Would go back in a heartbeat! Ver carta

It's a real pleasure a to enter this beautiful hotel with its grandeur and art deco style. We arrived on a very cold and windy evening and were greeted warmly by the staff. Dinner was served to us as a set menu (we came with...a group) with some added surprise-dishes from the head chef and the pastry chef. All dishes were delicately presented and full of flavour. A beautiful dinner and a delightful experience from beginning to end. Impeccable service.

This place is almost perfect.A smiling incredible staff polite to the extrem and ready to please, a beginning early deco Under amazing ceiling (very romantic setting for a nice evening) and final but very not least: incredible desserts (kudos to the pastry chef! the...only downside of the evening was about the rest of the meal.. I want to be fair here, everything was cooked to perfection and the dishes did show a huge technicity, however the choice of side vegetables or ingrédients for sauces were curious and to be honest not good (to my taste)... red cabbage for blue lobster (not really fancy).. bitter chocolate sauce for ris de veau which was so strong that it covered the taste of the meat...
