This evening we had hors d'oeuvres of foie gras de canard poêlé, terrine maison and carp sausage. For the entrée a selection of grenouilles, lake fish, Bresse chicken and Charolais beef, followed by a choice selection of mostly local cheeses, and the freshest desserts of sorbets from fresh forest fruits.
