We were already booked into a room at Les Chalets Philippe and we asked the staff about local dining options and they asked if...we would like to talk to the chef when he arrived in about 20 minutes. Perhaps we would interested in what he was cooking for dinner. There is no menu. Denis buys fresh and then he decides on a preparation that you will enjoy. Everything is done with superb attention to detail but in the most relaxed of manners. This is a rare dining opportunity and one not to be missed for those who love food and can trust the chef to decide what you will eat. And I can tell you this, your trust will not be misplaced here! The meal was so delightful that we chose to join them again for diner for a second night in a row."

Valentine's Day in the Barroque suite. Chalet Cosi, atypical, warm, with stunning views of the mountains. A good meal. The ideal place to disconnect from the world and refocus on the love of your life. A welcoming team with little care. I recommend.

A fairy tale place, you thought you were going to Santa's house. Besides, it's good to be Philippe! An excellent dinner, has our congratulations to the Chef who performs a delicious and just work. A very nice restaurant in a typical and intimate chalet, some blankets, a personalized service, you feel privileged, it is a pleasure. It is a place that offers an experience, where the sense of receiving still exists. Only flat in my sense, during the aperitif we would have enjoyed some mouths of amps, at least we would have liked not to have asked them. This being, a big thank you, we will come back to test the evenings of dreams!

Les Chalets de Philippe is one of the best restaurant I ever went to, even if I went to several 3* Michelin restaurants, band the price is fair considering what you can eat. Prior to your venue or in the afternoon if in the hotel,...it is possible to discuss with the Chef what you would like to eat based on the products he gets from local market or from the best producers of the region. To my opinion the must is not to have the dinner in one of the chalet and if staying on a big one, you can even have the Chef cooking in front of you. This was such a great experience that we organised this for my girlfriend birthday with her family, coming by car from Lausanne in Switzerland.
