Muss sagen wir waren nur für ein Aperitive hier, aber für ein Boxer Bier soviel zahlen oder für ein Cocktail . nein das ist nicht oke. Die Bedienung ist nett aber langsam.

Kleine Portionen Essen. Der Appetit des Küchenchefs war eine kalte Spinatsuppe mit einem Stück rohem Fisch, was nicht ansprechend war. Der Service war langsam und nicht sehr freundlich. Das Servieren von Vorspeisen dauerte lange, obwohl es nicht so voll war. Teuer für das, was wir bestellt haben.

We were lost and our battery had died in the middle of the night. This was only place that we found that was open, and the night concierge save us. Not only did he lend a helping had with the phone, he also made us coffee, told interesting things about the hotel and city and guided us back to road. Thank you!

Rezeption, Service im Restaurant und auch im Zimmer tadellos. 5 Sterne auch für das Schwimmbad. Die Küchenleistung ist dagegen mittelmäßig. Eine Woche jeden Abend die selbe kleine Auswahl an Gerichten ist ganz sicher nicht 5 Sterne wert. Suppen einfach etwas Wärmendes fehlte im Angebot. I cannot recommend this hotel. Their service is neither kind nor nice. The offers on the website are misleading. The payment method is problematic, and they attempted to charge me much more than the advertised rates. We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and it was supposed to be a 5-star experience. However, the prices do not reflect the reality; they are more than double what they should be. I definitively advise against visiting this hotel or wasting your money. There are far better options nearby with more hospitable staff.

We have been guests to this hotel recently. It is not the first time, actually: we have been at this hotel previously several times. But this time I had to complain several times about our stay, unfortunately without a solution, about: 1. Heating in the room was not functioning and it was cold in the evening making for an unpleasant sleep. The problem was not fixed, we were not offered a portable heater or anything. As a consequence, my wife is now sick. 2. We found a large spider in our room. 3. The towel heater didn't work either. The only compensation that I got from the hotel staff was a redeem of 60 CHF for our room upgrade. I find this level of compensation not on par with a hotel of t...

What makes this place really special is the impeccable service. We used to be frequent guests at Grand Hotel Du Lac in Vevey but the service was just always a little disappointing. Not in this hotel though! The reception staff remember you by your name and room number and are so friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Emma and Philippe were phenomenal concierges, this hotel is very lucky to have them. The location and the view from the rooms is lovely. The rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay, there was always a turndown service and prompt reaction to our requests but I will say the rooms could do with a small renova... Ver carta
