Little Dessert Shop

Waited 15 minutes at front of store.store wasn't busy only 4 tables had customers ended up walking out after waiting with no service.

went today, both of girls working did amazing job, best milkshake i ever had and food best presentation : very happy tasted perfect , 10/10 customer service

I was past the little desert shop and had to stop and walk in immediately. the staff is very friendly and pleasant when they have asked that they are more than happy to advise. the choices of the mouthwater desert are incredible, each individual looks fresh and tasty!

We went to the little dessert shop for pudding and I would definitely recommend it! The food was so tasty and so pretty! I couldn't eat it all so the lady who worked there gave me two boxes and a pot for my chocolate. The staff were all lovely and our food came quickly.

the first time visited here and was a little confusing necessity to order at the cash register, but nothing to say. all desserts were beautiful with beautiful presentation, but the best dessert was the waffeln one. many seats. maintain social distance. table clean. friendly young lady at the time.

Although the pancakes and waffles we ate were okay, the service was slow and unsatisfactory. Some items we ordered were missing and we had to remind the staff. Additionally, our coffee was served cold. The male server seemed disinterested, unprofessional, and even walked away while we were speaking to him. We have no intention of coming back to this restaurant.

as a sweet tooth has its advantages, I am more of a cookie teig person, so that my taste buds are filled, but for others there is so much choice to eat from waffeln, crepe, pancakes, wafer baskets, cakes / desserts, and then to drink are smoothies or just their standard drinks, water is for me. fair prices for what they get are serving more than enough, fast service and friendly staff.

Visited this shop on 23rd March, previous visits have been awful but I have to say it was amazing this time. The lovely manager from Stoke was in and he just added that magic sparkle to the whole experience! There was a new girl who had just started and she was also really great, even though she didn’t know everything she gave professional service. Big thumbs up. The deserts where to die for and looked amazing too…

We have visited in store afew times, picked up once and had delivered x2. Today unfortunately there was a delay in delivery due to driver issues, I had to phone up to find this out as wasn’t informed however the politeness from staff on phone and on delivery made it all better. They gifted us a item too due to the delay which we thought was really nice. We had contact with what I think is the manager (tall, blond ish hair during our last visit and he was extremely friendly, and helpful and i felt like he truly cared about customer experience, not just profit. We’re a big fan of this store so thank you and well done :
