"Very nice restaurant with great tasting curry. Unfortunately, I almost threw up while eating their Vegan Chicken ; it was horrible and I couldn 't eat it so I just dipped my Naan bread into the curry sauce. My partner and I were hoping for greater variety of vegetable-based curries instead of the fake vegan meat options. They also added a 12.5% service charge to their already expensive prices which did not sit well with us. I find it incredibly rude to force customers to have to request for this charge to be removed from the bill, it is a scheme designed to make customers feel bad and just go along with it. I regularly tip good service but I will tip the server directly, not the restaurant. We did not tip on this occasion as the service was incredibly slow."

"We are regular visitors to both Magdalen Street and, more frequently, St. Benedicts Street locations. The latter features a pleasant outdoor seating area in warmer weather. A wide range of drinks are available with excellent coffee, along with a selection of cakes including various North African pastries. The food menus (breakfast and lunch) also feature a number of traditional North African dishes, and food is always freshly prepared and well presented. Personal favourites for breakfast are Eggs Benedict or Royale, while at lunch the Goat’s Cheese Salad is both a work of art and delicious! Above all though it is the welcome and friendly service that keeps us going back. Customers are treated as guests and returning customers (of which there seem to be many) greeted as friends by the unfailingly friendly management and staff. This personal touch goes a long way, and we always leave feeling that these guys deserve our business."

"I had my 40th birthday party there and I can't thank the staff enough. They were all so helpful even in the insane heat we had that day! Also the bar manager was so kind and helpful helping me pick cocktails out for my party and making a special Hello Kitty cocktail for me. I can't rate this place enough. "thanks for having us! it was such a simple, delicious experience. I had wild boar sandwiches with roasted potato, and my partner had smoked with egg yolk. both are well executed. pfeffer heaven! red wine- bolyki bulls blood and staropramen pilger were perfect compliments for our dishes. the service was in front of location, build, comfortable relaxed and very good timed. Thanks again!"

"this small “stop off point” lies right in front of the main web of coffeeshops in the regular connected the magdalen street, the lanes and central norwich it is a great small place for a cuppa and a pick up, or a coffee and flick through her phone. friendly. when they come from the city, and not like the underpass, they can show the pedestrian crossings on the queens road google where: it is a decent little caffe."
