I'm not a fan of gaspacho but it was perfect! seasoning was just as it takes to bring out the taste of food. and the melting burrata. a pure feast!on then chained on a dish of paste. the ultimate test: the pasta was al dente! for the moment a faultless! We are Italians and usually never eat at Italian restaurants when traveling abroad. However, after two weeks of French and Spanish food, we ventured for dinner here. The place is quite small, just a handful of tables, and this is already a good sign. We are greeted by a very gentle French girl offering to speak Italian to us. Her Italian is very good and we enjoy talking to her. The menu is not too rich, another good sign in my opinion, and she explains it to us very well.
