Very nice and well-kept restaurant. We found dishes inspired by tradition, but with a modern touch, on the menu. The strangozzi with white ragù and truffle are excellent, accompanied by a good glass of red wine. While waiting for the appetizer we visited the small cellar located inside the restaurant. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Found by chance, it is an excellent little restaurant a stone's throw from Spoleto Cathedral. The dishes are made with care and elegance, using excellent raw materials. The environment is very welcoming thanks to original furnishings and courteous and attentive service. The starters are very good, the egg with truffle is exceptional.
