Everything above average, both food and wine. Ordered some tortelli, 6 tortelli arrived and counted at 19 euros. Ordered the cheek, HALF cheek arrived for the price of 26 euros. Besides, not much either. Verona's taverns certainly offer better things at more honest prices and decent portions. Not recommended.

The canapés are spectacular... Splendid place to stop for dinner or for an aperitif... In the heart of Splendid Verona, very close to Romeo and Juliet's house, it is a place that I highly recommend you stop by. We went to Locandina Cappello for lunch and we opted for two second courses which we admit didn't have all this flavour, we stayed in Verona for 5 days and of all the places we stayed this is one I wouldn't return to. The prices are a little above average because two second courses, two glasses of wine and a dessert cost around €97, given the questionable quality. Meal type: Lunch Ver carta

The name osteria or poster could lead one to think of having local dishes at honest prices but according to our experience today the restaurant is located in a central position but there is not an adequate quality/quantity ratio compared to the price, even the glasses of wine at 6 euros were equal to two sips, the canapés were scarce, they made us sit in the basement where you can't breathe, the tables overlapped one another. The second and first courses are good but the quality/quantity and price ratio is not balanced.

26/04, we had dinner in this wonderful place a real treat! What can I say, the environment is wonderful, very intimate and well looked after. If I could, I would give the service 10 stars. Congratulations to all the guys for their professionalism and skill, but special thanks go to Martina who was super precise, friendly and pampered us from the beginning until the end. Well done, good, good! EXCELLENT food, from the Amarone risotto to the beef cheek on a bed of polenta...a true marvel. It will become a fixed stop every time we are in the area! Thank you!

Today I went to this place for the 2nd time, the first time there was service from a boy, I was with a man, this probably affects the service. Today one came in and 2 girls welcomed me, the first served me a heated appetizer, I don 't understand why it contained mayonnaise, then fish pasta with mayonnaise (she warmed it up for me without asking (she 's probably familiar with haute cuisine , the second “served me a bigger one”. “this job” looking into the eyes in absolute silence....
