Lovely place ! Greeting is welcoming from staff , pancakes are really nice homemade delicious maybe an improvement would be 3 instead of 2 pancakes

I made a reservation for this restaurant, but they claimed they do not accept bookings when I arrived with my guests. They seemed surprised that someone had booked a table. Such a disappointing experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

This was our second visit we both had eggs royale as we’re both in agreement here does the best eggs royale in Liverpool from our first time, and it did NOT disappoint. Today we decided to try some cocktails and wow! They’re actually amazing!...Staff are super friendly, we are 1000% gonna be regulars

Had a delicious breakfast at the Lock and Key mushrooms in a creamy paprika sauce on sourdough bread. Service, atmosphere and food were all very good. And it was definitely great value for money. We were made to feel more comfortable by the fact...that the serving staff wore masks and the door was kept open.

On a recent overnight girls trip we passed on our way into town looking for brunch decided to see if they had a table for 4. Inside the decor is lovely the staff were all very friendly. The food was excellent a...really good cup of coffee. So much so we went again the day after before we returned home. Really good quality ingredients bacon, sausage etc something for everyone on the menu. 4 clean plates !

Very enjoyable brunch. For me a successful full English needs to meet my three golden rules. The yolks of my fried eggs need to be runny. The bacon should not be overcooked and thus “hard” Sausages should have a high meat content and be flavoursome....I am glad to say Lock and Key succeeded in all areas and delivered a very good breakfast……one very small improvement would be individual butter portions for the toast rather than pre buttered toast……but a really very minor gripe.

we tried here on the first day of our visit to liverpool and the food and atmosphere was so good that we came back to the brunch on the last day. beautiful selection of dressed. the omelette and club sandwich over the two, and both were really good. beautiful options on the beer and a good cup coffee. beautiful selection of pancakes with fruit that the children enjoyed at both visits. personal very friendly and a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. good value and would definitely recommend for brunch while in liverpool.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent, the place is very clean, and it is a bit pricey. We were welcomed by a young man at the entrance who was extremely polite and attentive. The next morning, we saw the same young man who asked about our evening, showing genuine interest in our previous conversation. Our room was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, and it was impeccably clean with a white bed. We had a peaceful night without any traffic noise. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, as it always has been in our past visits. This hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located. booked via Booking.com last minute. we celebrated our 15th anniversary. Meg. Andrew,Luke and the team could not have been more friendly and friendly, and made our stay so a relaxing, wonderful holiday. we have booked a spacious room and it was really spacious, luxurious and decadent. it was so comfortable and impeccable clean. meg helped us with our luggage and brought us a glass prosecco for our jubilee, it was so friendly and very appreciated. luke helped us with our luggage at the departure and gave us 20% discount from our parking lot on the nearby safe q park on hannover st, right behind the hotel. eating is amazing with a fantastic brunch menu, recommend to book a table as it is very p...
