Great hotel, great value for money and staff are lovely will Defo be back!

Food from the new menu was delicious! Staff were helpful and friendly, great atmosphere and good choice of cocktails would highly recommend.

Used to be a nice place and food good, nice staff. Unfortunately ,they have made it very child friendly ,kids can take over, running about ,screaming ..food average now.

I’m the type of person that will eat anything really the opposite of fussy but for the life of me have no idea why this place is open the chef literally vollys the food into the microwave and flings it on you’re plate edible or not and walks away, this place makes McDonalds look like a 5star restaurant so if you’ve ever thinking of coming here save yourself money and heartbreak and go get yourself a Big Mac instead

got a night away from our kids for Christmas to this hotel. All I can say is amazing. The rooms are lovely, staff are very polite and helpful. Got a package deal from wowcher where it was dinner bed and breakfast and a free cocktail jug. The food was sensational. And we got 4 drinks each from the cocktail jug (purple storm) delicious. There is a nightclub on til 3am so need to see what the noise is like, but so far anazing Ver carta

Got a xmas gift through groupon so had a two course with purple storm cocktail food was amazing. Then went into the bar for karaoke. Great night n drinks cheap then moved into nightclub. Amazing night will defo be back. Had breakfast in the morning too. Been telling everyone about this hotel. Only reason I didn't give full 5 stars is that the shower only had cold water coming out it so couldn't have a hot shower, and there was no1 about in the morning to tell.

Five of us went for dinner we had starters which were fine and we had main meals which was ok but one of the girls was with had the peppered chicken and didn't enjoy it and did not eat it. When the plates got taken away I said to the waitress that my friend did not enjoy her meal and she asked my friend what was wrong with it and my friend said was rubbery and waitress never said anything and took it away. When it came to paying the bill I asked if it was taken off the bill and was told because we never told her during the meal that she couldnt do nothing about it. My husband and I have just used a Groupon voucher which we received for Christmas. We spent a night at the Lomond Park Hotel at Balloch.When we arrived they had no note of our booking! We had to take the only room available a twin with no en suite!The small print on The voucher said that there was a Karaoke/DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. What it did not say was that there was also Karaoke on Sunday night. We discovered this when we arrived. It started at 9.30 pm and went on till midnight. My husband and I can put up with a lot we had three teenagers but this was so loud it was physically painful. Had the weather been better we would have left and gone home.
