"Incompetent. These days, customer service employees are probably just there as decoration. I ordered through Uber Eats and never received my pizza. The Uber Eats courier simply canceled the delivery out of whim, which L'Osteria can't do anything about, but L'Osteria is probably the first place I call to ask what happens next. Apparently there was no order under my name and they couldn't help me. Yeah, great. Money gone, food not arrived – perfect to start my Friday evening."

Simply great, it was the best pizza I think I have ever eaten, just the smell of the pizza was pure joy. The staff friendly and very accommodating. The price-performance ratio is also top. The pizza was bigger than the plate...I can only recommend this pizzeria

Very beautiful in itself. Service friendly and nice, just as fast. I also understand a lot of things. You can dim the lights, but I would like to see my food. And what unfortunately made it difficult for me to really enjoy it was the loud music. Because then others also become louder when talking.
