we had reserved over open table and stood in front of closed doors. we would have liked it differently.

Eat: very tasteful and freshly prepared.Using: very slow and relaxed but nice restaurant: simple interior; not enjoyable.Overnight parking: very difficult, better come with the railway.Prices: medium level

eating is really good, for that the service is unfortunately really bad. we have waited 20 minutes on the bar for a table without getting the card offered or taking the beverage order. for eating we waited a total of 1.5 hours. Ver carta

we had no expectations before entering, but eating was absolutely fantastic. we have already enjoyed Ethiopian cuisine in new york and london and this place is easy and asserts itself. the doro wot was spicy and tasty. the vegetarian foods were plentiful and tasty. the service was very friendly. overall this place is highly recommended and I am sure we will come back.

our first visit to an Ethiopian restaurant will certainly not remain the last after this taste experience. in the typical restaurant with friendly service you feel right away. we were also delighted with the food. the typical starter and also the main course were tastefully unique and just good! we will definitely visit the lucy abyssinia at our next visit in düsseldorf.

I lived here with a friend a very nice and funny evening. since I had not known myself with the Ethiopian cuisine so far and was not much in the local go (under the week), you were so friendly and made us a large sampler for 2 people. that I found very attentive! :) it also tasted very well and the service was friendly. the facility is cozy and rustic. we felt all around.I would recommend travelling with public transport, as the parking situation is not so great. lucy simply offers good Ethiopian cuisine. the gored gored (half raw bark in strips) was exquisite. the vegetarian plate good and even the white wine (badish greyburgunder) was excellent. dér service was reserved but friendly and the food and drinks came fast. "the better one is the enemy of the good one," i.e. from the two Ethiopian restaurants in düsseldorf I would prefer it. the foods are at least good in both, but the service was and the atmosphere is definitely better here.

the lucy abyssinia is inconspicuous from the outside but when entering the local one is picked up from the beautiful atmosphere. the service was very friendly, has explained to us that knives and forks are superfluous today and take care of us very well. eating came very fast and surprised at every new bite. our taste buds went on a small trip and discovered many new flavors and tastes. who would like to enjoy a great, exceptional meal for a small price and immerse yourself in another culture for a short time is right here.

if I have learned one here, then that we are much too hectic and should see everything a little more relaxed. However, this has not been able to deceive that my man and I were on a Sunday evening at 19:30 clock, the only guests were with the exception of an older lady.The discs of the restaurant could quite put a flap and the seat cushions of the chairs were probably never washed. on the toilet dissolved in the smallest touch of the water tap - and so I could continue endlessly with my litanei.We had to wait a long time for the chef and at the same time probably also the service that the house has moved to our table to pick up the order.
