Ultra-brushing, endless waiting for dishes that are just eatable soft and brown fries, burned cream filled with juice.

Plat : part of the butcher with fries : simplissima and yet not good. Hard meat and fries seem frozen. Fortunately, dessert was better. The cheesecake was really good.

Two ladles of purée a chick peas with meat or fish. All served in a cold plate, dessert: no better, frozen and whipped. It's no use decorating the plates, it's even ridiculous.

I wanted to thank all the people of Usine who allowed my daughter to celebrate her 18 years just like a dream. All the ingredients were gathered to make this evening a magical, unforgettable moment that delighted all the 20 guests present tonight and especially my daughter for whom it was a surprise. A warm welcome, a delicious aperitif-tapas with refined amuses-bouches, consequent, a delicious paëlla served at the table that created the surprise, a sparkling dessert with delicious cakes served on trolley, an irreproachable and fast service despite the large customers this evening and highly respected sanitary rules.
