"Das Geißbockheim bietet an für sich ein schönes Ambiente und der Außenbereich ist wirklich schön. Leider stimmt in meinen Augen das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht, da man für 2,30€ für ein Kölsch wenigstens ein volles Glas erwarten kann. Auf das Essen, welches lecker war, haben wir teilweise sehr lange gewartet. Die Currywurst hat beispielsweise 60 Minuten lang auf sich warten lassen. Die größte Enttäuschung stellt in meinen Augen der Service da, die jüngeren Servicekräfte waren sehr bemüht und aufmerksam, diese Art sollte sich der Rest des Service-Teams abschauen. Bereits bei der Platzierung an unseren Tisch wurden wir von einem unfreundlichen Kollegen in Empfang genommen, dessen Laune sich auch über die Dauer unseres Besuchs nicht besserte. Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber wir haben uns nicht freundlichen empfangen und betreut gefühlt. Des Weiteren sollten an Spieltagen mindestens zwei Personen Tische abkassieren können, sonst wartet man nämlich sehr lange auf seine Rechnung und das Bezahlen."

"Apparently there was a change of ownership.After eating there for years, there were new waiters and new cards. The food is still good, only Cevapcici are almost raw, and in the end you get an intermediate bill instead of an invoice.The intermediate bill can then be quickly cancelled in cash after em payment. This obvious tax evasion for every guest is stupid and not worthy of a serious high-priced restaurant."
