Braceria top : qualità del cibo , porzioni generose e prezzo onestissimo ! Ambiente molto familiare e senza pretese , titolare simpaticissimo (e ci ha omaggiato a fine pasto con un regalino molto gradito le materie prime sono di ottima qualità . Durante la nostra vacanza ad Alberobello non potevamo saltare la tappa della cena in macelleria.Ambiente casereccio, accogliente. Puoi optare per il menu fisso oppure scegliere tu ciò che mangiare.Abbiamo optato per un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, tagliate di vitello e delle Bombette. Il tutto accompagnato da acqua e birra.Servizio celere, carne di ottima qualità, cotta alla perfezione. Davvero consigliato

First need to enter in a butcher shop to make your order after that they give you a number and take you to the table. At the end back to the shop for the payment. Service is a bit disorganized, and the waiter forgets to bring part of ordered drinks, but all in a funny manner. The food is from their own production, excellent chease and tasty meat.

Was looking for a place that was easy to get to in order to have some dinner. Saw this place on trip advisor and decided to try. The food is OUTSTANDING. Firstly, it's not a proper restaurant; it's a butcher shop with a kind of restaurant area attached. You start at the butcher counter and either choose the fixed menu or just pick the meat you want them to cook for you. Then they give you a number that you take into the restaurant side and, when the food is ready, they bring it to your table. Your waiter/waitress can offer you antipasti, wine, and water. What a fantastic concept! If you don't speak Italian, it might be a little problematic, but it's worth it. The staff are lovely and the but... Ver carta
