"I am quite disappointed as this has been my local Chinese for the past 20 years as there are new owners, most customers within the area were not aware or no sign was put up just notice a new lady at the front with 2 children I continue using the service because maybe it was a family transfer but once we have our takeaway will gradually notice the food taste was completely different. When you try to approach the lady at the front desk gets a bit aggressive when you don't agree with her Friday was very disappointing for me. 3 times my orders were incorrect and someone's hair was in the food no apology was given."

They made me pay by transferring money on their bank account because they only accept cash, and even if I showed her the bank statement with my money sent from my phone, she didn't give me any food . Worst experience ever

Today was my first time purchasing a takeaway following the positive reviews I read beforehand. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food which had no taste much less flavour! The customer service is also much to be desired not to mention they only accept cash. I am genuinely sorry to leave such negative feedback but I have to be honest particularly for anyone else who may be purchasing for the first time.
