"Once again, the Racines bistro convinced me that he was the best of Chartres. The wild duck rossini chosen on the winter map and the calf apple that was proposed that day at the slate kept and exceeded their promises. The chef trained us with happiness on the way to this timeless French cuisine where the quality of the product, the excellence of the cooking, the genius of the juices marry for the greatest pleasure of the guests.
