Haven’t been in a while, met with friend but extremely disappointed, glasses not clean, lipstick, water marks well used glasses

Great service, food, and lovely, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. We have been coming here for years on a weekly basis and are proud to consider it a ‘local’.

Was talked to terrible by little old lady behind bar her attitude was disgusting never go there again waited in cue to get my drinks and got told to go away not in a nice way Ver carta

A well run pub with plenty of staff. I used the app throughout my visit and the speed of delivery was second to none. The staff serving the tables are the best I've come across in any Spoons!

I have to say my usual experience is as expected fast food good reasonable drink but wow when beer off its off, the worthy was the worst I had every drunk and the staff couldn’t tell a bad beer when serving

Absolutely shocking! Food arrives cold. Both breakfast cold. Last time it was a fridge cold apparently grilled tomato. This time everything was cold. Sent it back and waited another ten mins to be given cold breakfast again. All sent back now off for lunch somewhere as I'm starving. Ver carta

First time that we have been here since lockdown. Yes quite a while. As usual a great choice of real ales. I would like to give a special mention to the waiter who was working in our area. He cleaned every table as soon as it was vacated. I think his name was Jac he is a credit to this company.

Service poor Food poor Steak had a lot of grizzle Was warm Ordered cider but wasn't asked the waitress to change it and she wasn't very keen to do it, she then re ordered it and actually smelt the fresh pint and gave it to me! She explained it was the last of the barel I had to go and change it again !

It’s fair to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Wetherspoons The manager who was on shift on the 29th September was totally out of her depth. The person in question has no customer service skills no manors and no respect towards customers When I asked for a receipt for a void transaction she couldn’t provide one and the attitude was just and check you bank When I asked again for a receipt she said I getting the door staff to kick you out. On a positive note the door staff were very understanding and agreed with me etc well done to the gentleman who I spoke to Ver carta
