"I’m sorry to say that the whole experience was disappointing. I have eaten better food in a pub and for a lot less money. The same with the drinks, simply overpriced. I know it’s in a prime location, but as a customer who frequents Manchester on a regular basis, this was way below the standards expected for a high price range restaurant. 3 small scallops for £10.50 and the most bizarre cheese onion pie I’ve ever seen or tasted for£16 served on its own, no fries or veg, they are extra. If the fries had been homemade then I would justify the £3.75 price tag, but they were frozen which is just not acceptable. It’s a shame because inside it’s beautiful and spacious, and the staff were friendly enough but they just seemed unorganised and not confident in their roles."

The service was shocking! We waiting for 20 minutes after ordering drinks. There was no organisation and the staff were not welcoming or friendly. I would like to call out that Daniel was amazing and really made our experience bare able.

Fabulous food had the 321 deal fails to tell you it doesn’t include service charges and service is applied at the full price cost not the offer! Great service if you get the chance sit near the kitchen where you can see it all happening!

Great place for dinner especially the set menu which is great value for money with delicious food. Lunch is limited, was disappointed we couldn't get sandwiches! We had a problem with the booking via Open Table as Mamucium no longer use them as a booking service, but they honoured our table reservation as we were staying at the Indigo Hotel.

Music was a little loud for speaking and Aircon blows cold, but once mentioned Aircon was switched off. Delicious steak and suffragette cocktail. 2nd stay. Cosy bed and interesting view over the Victorian Station. I'd rather have fresh milk in the fridge. Well equipped gym. Thanks for another pleasant Valentine's Day visit, see you next year x
