"The restaurant offers a variety of sushi dishes that are above average for Munich, as well as Thai food. We ordered the lobster curry, which was mostly lychees with little lobster, and the Tom Kha Gai soup, which was missing lemongrass. The mixed starter plate was uninspired variations of fried chicken and shrimp with little flavor diversity. It's best to avoid sitting in the main area, which feels like an all-you-can-eat buffet. Despite requesting a nice corner table for a birthday celebration and following up with a phone call, we were seated in the center of the impersonal room. As a Munich local with nostalgic memories of the restaurant from the 90s, I feel that Mangostin has lost its charm and the food quality has declined over the years. The hostess was rude, but our waitress was excellent. Overall, the birthday celebration was disappointing and I do not plan on returning."

Beim Essen war die Vorspeise Gemüse Tempura lauwarm, Hauptessen Ente trocken, die Soße lauwarm und der Reis auch lauwarm. Das hat mich bei diesen Preisen sehr enttäuscht!

Waren für unseren Jahrestag im Mangostin und es war fantastisch. Service absolut zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, das Essen und die Drinks war überragend und das Ambiente ebenfalls fantastisch. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend, wir kommen auf jedenfall nochmal.
