Manufactum brot&butter

Den Besuch nicht wert: die 'Stellen', die wir hier gekauft haben, waren auf einer Seite angetrocknet. Für € 5,80 das Stück waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Hier gehen wir nicht wieder hin...

Nice package, very tempting - waste of (a lot of) money...Eventhough they have Chinotto, which is a plus, the bread with a spread and the marzipan croissant were less then satisfying in quality and taste.Coffee was good, but overpriced.I'd say - skip it

We read this was in the top 10 breakfast in Berlin so we thought we would give it a try. We were offered a cheese plate with bread basket which was fantastic. Good coffee. Lots of other delicatessen choices. Cheese cake & other cakes. There's a great shop next door.

Great place for breakfast, good food, sensational bread and one of the better coffees I've had. The feel is like a modern European deli with breads, cheeses and pastries etc. very nice atmosphere. You can watch the awesome selection of baked goods being prepared Indoor and outside seating.

We were looking for a nice place to get a breakfast (instead of buffet in the hotel). Looking at the reviews we decided to try Manufactum, but to our surprise there was nothing warm but omelette and the variety of food served as cold breakfast was pretty limited. It was enough to eat something, but I don't think we will come back to this place. Bred was great though!

Sehr gute Qualität, Frühstück/belegte Brote etc. werden liebevoll angerichtet. Atmosphäre kam etwas laut und unruhig sein, denn es ist einfach ein Ladengeschäft mit ein paar Hochtischen, ohne WC. Einfach eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Essen fand ich auch gar nicht so schlecht. Der Cappuccino war lecker, aber dagegen total überteuert. Ich weiß, wir sind hier in Charlottenburg. Aber 4,50€ für einen Cappuccino?! Really??? Ganz ehrlich, mehr sage ich dazu nicht... Dafür 2 Sterne Abzug.

Selten so gut gespeist, und Maultaschen im Eimantel mit Salatbeilage habe ich noch nie gegessen, aber hier macht man sie am besten! Es lohnt sich sehr.Auch die Käseauswahl ist sehr gut, die Brote, alle im Laden selbst gemacht, sind köstlich, knusprig und immer frisch. Was will man mehr!Die Karte liest sich sehr divers, man findet hier nicht das übliche anderer Restaurants. Hier überwiegt Brot und Butter, wie der Name schon sagt, und zwar in vielerlei Variationen. Muss man probiert haben. Nicht sehr günstig, aber preiswert!

Went to the shop without any special expectations but was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the friendly and efficient staff. During our two visits, we tried quite a bit of the food on offer there and it was all very tasty and fresh. I cannot recommend anything in particular as you cannot go wrong with any item there. Coffee and tea are excellent as well.The shop is very clean and quiet. A perfect spot to have pleasant breakfast in peace. The staff is very efficient and friendly, also willing to help with directions in case you're not really sure where to go next. All in all, an excellent experience, recommended!

We were only in Berlin for 2 days and had a bit of a fail on the first day with breakfast then found this place, just brilliant. My wife had the small breakfast which consisted of a dinner plate covered in cheese and ham. There was a full basket of bread with it and the lining for the basket was actually a paper bag so you could take the left overs away. The coffee was also good and the service was very friendly and helpful. It was good value for the quality of food.We went back in the afternoon for cakes and tea, lovely cakes and very good tea (served black). I would strongly recommend this place and would be my first choice if I went back to Berlin.
