Disappointed. Very thin poorly cooked steak, total fail.

Great menu with loads of choice. Food is a good standard, and service was very friendly. Overall everyone enjoyed it

Very poor service. No one seating anyone, was served 30 mins after booking. 1.5 hours for mains. They were very apologetic and reduced the bill but odd for such a chain at such a price. Food was very good when it arrived

The restaurant was very good. Helpful staff, you do not feel rushed. The options of food was great, the steaks coming out of the kitchen all looked amazing. The quality of ingredients and cooking were superb. Definitely worth a visit

We had the chateaubriand and it wasn't the best piece of steak I have had, we also commented about the pepper sauce as it was very sweet not peppery and the waitress informed us it was made with love, not the comment I would of expected.

we have been to marco's on several occasions and we feel that there is a very high standard from the food to the staff and and have recommended the restaurant to other people who feel the same we will be back very soon keep up the good work

If I could put 0 star I would Had to ask for Cocktail Menu twice 25 minutes to get a drink and food ordered Empty but extremely noisy Starter Bread absolutely solid table shaking violently whilst cutting Steak knife taken with starter before main came Had to ask for knife Steak tiny not rare like asked and cold Chips greasy Second drink Mojito was terrible didnt taste like mojito and far too strong Not one to complain and we love our food but second time at a MPW establishment and let down massively again

The restaurant/bar itself is great however the service is quite slow and the waitress kept taking our empty drinks away and not offering us anymore. We booked through opentable but they didn't have our booking at their end so got a table in the bar. The cocktails and our starters were great but the mains let it done. I ordered the pork which contained more fat then meat.. It also only tasted of lemon (I hate lemon!! and this wasn't mentioned on the menu. Steak was average and not cooked as ordered. Let's a great Chefs name down. It wasn't awful but I wouldn't rush back.

We were quite disappointed with our evening meal of fillet and ribeye steaks. They were okay but absolutely did not justify the price. We chose this hotel Indego because of the restaurant and quite frankly have had as good a food at half the price in a wonderful restaurant where we live called the Cow Shed. However the Staff were exemplary, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast the following morning at 10am was also very disappointing in that there was no fruit or pastries left. It took 20 minutes for our hot order to be taken however, when it came it was delicious.
