"Gestern waren wir zum 3. Mal mit 3 Personen im Restaurant.Wir kamen um 16.30 Uhr zum Essen, da das Lokal lt. Internet durchgehend geöffnet hat.Auf Nachfrage, nach ca. 20 Min., wann wir das Essen bestellen könnten, wurde erst einmal gesagt: Da muss ich nachfragen, was uns sehr wunderte.Bestellung wurde aufgenommen ... 10 Min. später wurde nochmals von einer anderen Servicekraft die Bestellung aufgenommen, da jetzt die Küche offensichtlich in Betrieb war.Die Vor- und Hauptspeisen kamen zeitlich gut auf den Tisch.Das Spanferkelfilet war teilweise zäh, was auch reklamiert wurde, und das Anrichten auf dem Teller war unschön und sah eher wie eine Pampe aus. Spätzle, Pilze etc. alles unschön serviert.Bei einem weiteren Essen Sauerbraten Hirschkalb mit Rotkraut waren auf dem Teller: Fleischstücke wie Gulasch mit einer sehr angedickten Soße ,die nur süß schmeckte. Von Sauerbratengeschmack keine Spur. Rotkraut hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, wie erdig (eher Rote Rüben) war nicht zu genießen. Semmelknödel ok.Für diese Preise kann man ein besseres Essen erwarten. Außerdem 1 Flasche Wasser für 6.40 €, was doch zu teuer ist.Wir haben uns vorgenommen, dieses Lokal nicht mehr zu besuchen. Vielleicht sollte der Küchenchef einmal ausgetauscht werden. Schade für das schöne Lokal."

"because of a birthday invitation, we were to eat four here in the mill. three people were very satisfied with their eating. the fourth had ordered the vegetarian burger in a way. unfortunately a heart disappointment. the patty was a cheesey something, and as a supplement there were beautifully carved, but profane pommes fries with ketchup and mayo from the tube. for a star to go. a second star I have to take off, because as I do not understand how to offer in the middle of a wine desert the 0.2 glazed wine from €8.80. of 9€ for a bottle of water, not to mention. Perhaps that is the reason why you are looking for the drink list in vain on the homepage of the 100 gulden mill. but apparently there are enough people who don't bother this, because the load was full. who is in the mood here needs not to worry about high energy prices or inflation. they are blessed. for my part, spend my evenings, rather in one of the many Rhenhemian wine locals, where the delicious vine juice is still offered to local trips and you don't have to attack his savings for a bottle of water. the three other dishes as well as the appetizer salad were tasty and after my table neighbors they were worth money."

"the bacchushof is a typical, rustic wine place in the grunde as they know in Rhinehessen. I've known him for over 10 years. they can eat well bourgeois, i.e. carving with bims/potatoes or croquettes. there are leberknödelmit sourkraut, hausmacher sausage plate, grilled hen or also hate one. The last two dishes last a long time! unfortunately the quality of the food has dropped, but unfortunately the service is often overwhelmed. orders are forgotten or misplaced in the table. everything is nice to sit and shut off, but nevertheless point division through the quality."

"Das Ambiente ist super schön und einladend. Das Essen war geschmacklich ok, die Portionen ebenfalls. Die Bedienung war zur Weihnachtszeit sehr überfordert und brachte oft falsches Essen und die Küche konnte auf Wünsche nicht eingehen. Hier gibt es noch Entwicklungspotenzial nach oben. Alles in allem deshalb eine durchschnittliche Bewertung. Dennoch werden wir dem Alt Ingelheim noch einmal eine Chance geben, außerhalb der Weihnachtszeit."
