"The staff here work really hard and the food is outstanding. Their Spaghetti alla Nerano is some of the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. And the location is beautiful. However, the chaotic seating process really ruins the experience. We were told it would be a 20 30 minute wait for a table. Fine, and fair for such a popular place. But there is no system: no one takes your name, nothing is written down, and no one is given a number. It’s just people milling around and jostling each other as the wait staff push through the throng. After about 45 minutes of this, a good portion of the people waiting for a table gave up and left. Groups were being seated at inappropriate tables in a slapdash manner ie two people put at a table for 4 just because it was the next one available compounding the problem and leaving empty seats strewn about the restaurant while the line ballooned. On top of this, locals who were regular customers or Camorra waltzed up in front of those waiting and swooped up tables as they were cleared. In response to our raised eyebrows, staff said these people had reservations, but I understand some Italian and this was clearly not the case. Again, nothing was written down: the reservation book lying open at the entrance had nothing written in it beyond 13:00 and several groups arrived at 14:00 or 14:30 and were seated ahead of the queue with their invisible reservations. This was in October so I imagine the chaos would only be increased in the summer months. It took almost an hour for us to be seated. Service was harried and perfunctory. There is no bill provided: you just go up and pay, at which point cover charges/service fees are added to the final bill. Also the bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. Not what we expected for the prices charged, which are above local norms."

Ho provato la loro specialità, cioè la pasta alla nerono. Bene. il vino della casa è buono. il prezzo, per un primo non basato su ingredienti particolarmente costosi, è un po 'alpina. Tornerei.

Sono stato il primo settembre 2022 in questo ristorante per assaggiare il leggendario spaghetto alla nerano. Beh assolutamente da provare. Non ve ne pentirete. Prezzi un po sopra la media ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Consigliatissimo

Stopped here for lunch as we had hired a self drove boat. They were the first restaurant to come over to dock us. Lovely food had pasta with clams and husband had ravioli simple but beautiful. Great views and ok price (probably on the slightly high side)

Siamo arrivati in barca a Nerano, splendido e piccolo borgo sul mare della costiera amalfitana, ed abbiamo raggiunto il ristorante accompagnati dal barcaiolo messo a disposizione dalla struttura. Ottima la Nerano originale, anche se il prezzo non ci sta: troppi 20 euro per le materie prime del piatto. Forse mancava un po' di spinta nel sapore. Troppi anche 5 euro di coperto, considerata anche la conduzione familiare dell'attività. Resta un ottimo locale in una bella location, con un servizio attento e molto cordiale. Approvato.

We had to make a stop here during our boat day after seeing Spaghetti all Nerano on Stanley Tucci's show we are so glad we did! I could have eaten 10 plates of it. We went around 2pm and it was packed for lunch which made the atmosphere so fun. Service was not great, but didn't really take away from the experience too much it was busy after all! Very fun to pull up on your boat, hop into a smaller boat, and get taken up right to the restaurant.

Pranzato con prenotazione effettuata sul sito internet il giorno di Ferragosto. Questo è il posto dove è stata inventata la famosa pasta alla Nerano, dunque potrete assaggiare la ricetta originale. Deliziosa e dai sapori autentici, è servita in una porzione abbondante. Prezzi in linea con il posto per quanto riguarda il menù in generale; nota negativa per il costo eccessivo del coperto (5€ a persona): ci è sembrato esagerato, anche per il fatto di essere stati fatti accomodare in spiaggia sotto un semplice ombrellone. servizio veloce e personale cordiale. buon cibo, ma conto davvero troppo in alto. si paga la posizione sulla spiaggia . e la vista mare. 35€ per un fritto italiano (ci sono state nocciole di pasta di lievito e crocche di patate;) 18€ a cotoletta?! 6€ il lato della cutlet! 20€ un mini fritto di acciughe e calamari! 18€ una mini insalata di polip! 18€ per spaghetti neri Li ho trovati eccessivi! È vero che sono stati inventati da loro, ma è ancora un piatto di pasta e zucchine (la materia prima è povera. non si può caricare come un primo pesce è stata una giornata piacevole, un bel pranzo, ma non torneremo

La location della terrazza sulla spiaggia è davvero incantevole e quasi fuori dal tempo, il servizio curato, attento e preciso. La cucina ottima e secondo tradizione autentica. Trionfo di antipasti: dalle melanzane ripiene ai fritti, alla mozzarella, ai peperoni, alle alici, pomodori e quant’altro; il tutto accompagnato da una fresca brocca dì vino con percoche. A seguire scialatielli ai frutti di mare strepitosi e poi gli spaghetti alla Nerano, la vera tipicità del luogo. Ci siamo alzati da tavola...
