What an excellent place for breakfast. They also serve meals up to 8.00 pm , which look good value for money. Friendly staff and efficient service. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Ver carta

Surprisingly pleasant every time. Nice to see boats and in the distance the South Downs but with reasonable quiet. Food is good quality and very decently priced. Staff always friendly. We like coming for casual lunches and always get a table.

First time visit in terrible weather. Was greeted straight away and made to feel welcome. Only had a coffee which came with a complimentary biscuit.but will be back for something to eat in the future as parking is free and adjacent. In better weather the views will be great.

Frankly disappointing. Last time I attended it was good. The last time I went, I had to wait over an hour for a salad and a sandwich, and when the food arrived, the salad smelled off and I had to get a refund. Some staff are rude and abrupt when answering questions, others are friendly and helpful. It's a shame because it's a nice place to relax by the water. Ver carta
