Nice food and big portions.Staff are polite and helpful.Cash only but the atm machine is not far from the shop.

The service was quick and the food was alright. I would not recommend the Chicken chow mein and the sweet and sour chicken had a lot of thick breading but the Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken was very good. We would eat here again, I would like to try other selections.

Had a takeaway Saturday night. Order phoned through and we collected. £63.00 complete let down. Probably the worst Chinese ever! Spring rolls were like the frozen box of 20 you get from a supermarket, 20 for £1.00. The crispy duck was burnt to a crisp with hardly any meat on it. The beef was rubbery. Chicken fried rice was awful. Will never go here again Ver carta

We had the most delicious meal from here last night. We have been eating here for about a year and the food just keeps getting better and better. The food is hot, fresh, full of flavour and delicious. Highly recommend! As an FYI we usually order, Chicken satay on skewers, chicken chow mein, sweet and sour King prawns, crispy beef, crispy seaweed, pancake rolls, crackers. All good!

Got food from here never again food tasted stale and like the sauces where made from kitchen cleaners, not to mention the chicken balls that had a tiny piece of sliced chicken in that where soggy, and actually rectangles, chow Mein was deffo not fresh either! Restaurant wasn’t interested in hearing it unless I drove back to return at least 70% of the food too late thrown it out and thrown the rest up! Save your money

We have had a take away from Ma’s Cottage in the past and it has been nice. We haven’t been there for a while, but this weekend we ordered a take away to collect and the quality of the food was very poor. We had prawn toast which tasted like cardboard and then each of us chose one of the Thai noodle or rice dishes. I had Nasi Goreng which was dry and tasteless and overcooked and on the menu said it contained prawns and chicken they had also put in Chinese pork which was not listed in the menu. My dish was the worst but each of the 4 of us did not enjoy the food. This takeaway will not last long if they continue to serve food like this. Ver carta
