"We stumbled upon this curry house by chance and it looks more like a cafe than a traditional restaurant. They have a hot cabinet with dishes ready to eat in or take away, all of which are homemade and cooked over several hours, rather than simply adding sauces to meat. This family business has been operating for 15 years and they also offer the option to cook any curry you desire. The food was fast and delicious, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We would definitely recommend this place."

Small and cosy place. Variety of food on the menu. Had seekh kebab and roti. Tasted amazing and food was fresh. Fairly priced! Friendly staff.

Great staff and side step to the obligatory curry menu curries baked with lemon for example. the takeaways were flying out the door. brilliant host/manager, love;y waiters! go!

Basically, I visited as I was looking for a spicy snack after a couple of beers glad to see the Masala Express open, and quite busy. Food good, and I would try a full meal if I go back.

At first glance, the restaurant may not seem very attractive from the outside and you may need to ignore its appearance. However, once you step inside, you will be pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, excellent service, and affordable prices of authentic cuisine.

Tasty high quality Pakistani food that has a home cooked flavour and it is reasonably priced. We had the mild lamb dish which was still quite spicy with pilau rice and a side of okra all of it was delicious. Oh and don't forget a naan straight from the tandoor! Recommended

We ate at this place about 4 times in a week. The food is excellent, very reasonable priced and good quantity. the kabab wraps are huge. The best dishes we had were balti, biryani, kababs, the aloo palak, nihari and haleem. the haleem and balti were among the best I have had anywhere.
