Great food and service. Really appreciated that we were able to go with our well behaved small dog with us (instead of leaving her in the hotel room). Interesting ingredients and modern cooking with nice presentation.

Amazing Michelin experience! We had a business lunch at this place and a 5 course dinner. Borge were incredible! Unusual tastes and interesting combinations! Fantastic flavors and tastes. The service was super friendly and open!

The service is perfect. Hands down, the best and with that hint of magic that only comes about once in a while. Not only are the staff truly intuitive to your every need but the food is absolutely superb. Make sure you visit this one. You will not be disappointed! Amazing!

Well deserving of the Michelin Star. We had the 7 course tasting, all absolutely stunning flavors. The chef really challenged my notion of what flavors could be considered a “dessert”, this was a very interesting end to the meal. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, absolutely loved our experience.

High quality ingredients, lots of fermented and pickled food which is great. Friendly service and very good wine list and knowledge. The only little downside, during the reservation process one is being asked for allergies which then in the restaurant are not being considered. Definitely a point to work on.

MULTIPLE foodgasms!!! The dishes we tasted were phenomenal, and the staff were lovely. The food was Italian with a hint of Japanese; the trout, the pastas and the dessert were all heavenly. The wine was also perfect the sommelier knew exactly what wine to suggest, based on our food selection. We drove from Bellagio, and it was well worth the drive a MUST TRY!!!

Spaghetti Al buro will be always in my heart. Complementary starters which were actually the best part of the lunch!!

Fine dining doesn’t need to be intimidating. Materia makes high-end food accessible for wide range of clients. Someone will notice the carefully selected local produce mixed with innovative culinary ideas, another will appreciate the long-lived cooking tradition of the region, and somebody will just enjoy the incredible taste. You find all these layers here. The appetisers blew us away and the mains didn’t fall short as well. Try the smoked risotto, the lamb or the pigeon.
