Indian food like you have never tried before. Based in and around Mayfair, Matsya is a breath of fresh air with their variety. The cocktails are also incredible. Will definitely be back there very soon!

one of the best Indian restaurants in which I was. good food, nice staff and service. the overall experience was very good. also enjoyed that they used steel straws for the drinks and not disposable straws. I'll be back in the final.

Short staffed on day arrived. Had to show ourselves to the table, no greeting. Ambience was weak, no lighting. Food was fine but very small portions. They trick you by giving you water that is chargeable but don't ask if you want it first.

for lunch. eating is very good and it and the personal professional and friendly. the decoration was not quite there as they can see that they tried it, but it is a bit off. the chicken soup is great and the slum-dog millionaire cocktail is one must try. we had also dessert a chocolate and sweet water, which was also very interesting. the place is a bit expensive, it is worth it, but I wish the decor followed its ambitious.

Never expected to have Indian cuisine like this in London. It was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Loved all the dishes. Especially the Namak Mandi Lamb Chops and the Kashmiri Lamb Harissa. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to spend a special evening at one of London's finest upcoming restaurants. Great food and great service. There is nothing I would want to change about my evening there.

matsya is designed as a busy Indian food facility to impress with its fully halal menu, and impress it in more than one wise. where it really stimulated our attention, was the emphatical wise in which it reached its goal to present traditional dishes, although with a modern twist, from different regions indiens, that they simply did not in london now, or at any other time in the past. this is fine eating in the heart of mayfair; so the prices await both its location and the careful effort and the overall planning. recommended drinking virgin erdbeer mojito meeresfruit land captain thermidor haupt daab chingri in kokosnusschale dessert sweet chocolate paan

One of my favorites! Food, service and ambience are all very good. Been here a handful of times so I can comfortably comment on the consistency with respect to both food and service! Yes, it’s on the pricier side for their teeny tiny portions they have but it being Mayfair and the sky high commercial rents that the neighborhood demands and all that...ah well. It is a seafood-heavy menu but as someone who doesn’t eat seafood, I quite like everything else that I’ve tried on the menu. So I’d imagine that their signature seafood dishes would be incredible.
