"Our recent visit was quite disappointing. We've been fans of Mauricio Barca for some time, and friends I had invited during the pandemic really enjoyed it too. So, we decided to bring some other friends along on Friday. However, it seems something has changed recently. One of our friends found her food satisfactory, but the other felt that her aubergine parmigiana had too much cheese. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca, a dish I had enjoyed before, but this time the chicken was overcooked and excessively oily, not at all like I remembered. The worst experience was for my friend who ordered a dish she had enjoyed previously. Unfortunately, it was so dry and tough that she was convinced it wasn’t even veal. It’s evident that something has gone wrong here, and I doubt we’ll be returning."

Friendly service, good value for money considering we even had a bottle of wine. Only downside is that the restaurant is quite small so sometimes it felt like we were a little bit in the way.

This is such a fantastic find! We just moved to the area and this is definitely going to be our new favourite spot! The food is amazing and all the staff are so fun and welcoming. We will be back soon!

A fabulous find, a small restaurant with a lot of heart. Lovely freshly cooked authentic Italian food. Reasonably priced and a fairly extensive menu. We sampled some things from the specials menu and the main menu all were delicious. Ver carta

What is not to love about this place? Authentic Italian from authentic Italians. Every dish we had was perfectly cooked and flavourful. Portion sizes do not lack. Staff were respectfully delightful and friendly. Good value. Such a shame we didn’t try the dessert as we were so full! Will definitely be back.

I got the pappardelle ai funghi porcini. They were well prepared, but nothing special really. I didn't particularly like the decorations, not a place where I would go with a girl. The place is decent, and so it is the food, maybe a bit price for what the restaurant offers. Not a place I would recommend, but not a place I wouldn't recommend either.
