Great food, great wine, perfect service! The menu is rather limited, but the food is fantastic. Service was perfect, really accommodating. Well worthwhile a visit!

The hotel is set back from the bustling seafront promenade which is a blessing as it was nice and quiet. Excellent food and attentive, friendly staff. Well worth searching out.

At the end of August we enjoyed a quite nice dinner here. We all tried nice fish dishes. Very good and well chilled wine matched the fish perfect. As starter we had a common big plate of tapas, ham, sausages, cheese, etc. Good service.

The service was attentive and friendly and the place itself quite nice (we sat on the veranda). The food is more upscale and in a different class than the rest of Binz and quite good. The portions we got were huge, too huge for my...taste. A decent wine list made it a very nice evening.

the maxim restaurant is located in the hotel villa belvedere binz, which we stayed for 2 nights. the restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers a relaxing atmosphere. there are not too many options on the menu, but what we ordered was delicious. but the size of the dishes. somewhat smaller than a typical German restaurant, with trips similar to other restaurants in binz. the service was prompt, friendly staff that made a pleasant and tasty dinner.

Some people like one thing, and other people might not. Here is a review after my dining based on facts. What was ordered: Tomato soup Schnitzel Tuna carpaccio Burger Good: The wine choise and amound that was served. The meat well prepared of the maincourse....Nice balanced sauce with the burger that fits the bacon nicely. Not good: Sand in the lettuce, and no apologies. Lack of herbes with the tuna that makes it very “fishy”. Very small dining cart what makes it hard for a larger group to find something that fits the different tastes.

elegant but relaxed interieur. welcome. varied menu and a good wine menu. plenty of space between tables or with Perspex dividers between them. we shared the tapas variations for entrée and I had pasta with garnel and crumbling for net, which consisted of plentiful. of juicy garnels. to finish we shared the chocolate cake with soft center for dessert. everything was well presented. the service was very fast (the restaurant was not full.) maybe a bit too fast. the most important courses came before we finished the arree without an apology. but the service was friendly

We had a dinner in this restaurant; Maxim in Binz. Compared to the website it's a different restaurant. No beautiful dressed tables, different decoration, different atmosphere... in fact nothing to do with the pictures on their website. Not at all! A new owner? As they...told us not... The food was not good. Nothing to do with wath you see on the website. The schnitzel was even really bad taste and expensive as well. But I must admit they didn't charge it. The staff was friendly and it's not their fault. They solved the problems as good as they could but I don't recommand this restaurant. Tourist trap? Johann Wannyn Belgium
